Yes, advance purchase is required for all group bookings at SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium.
📌 Group Booking Requirements
- A minimum of 10 people is needed to qualify for group pricing.
- Reservations must be made online through our Secure Online Booking Portal at least 14 days before your visit.
- Group tickets are timed and dated, and must be paid for at the time of booking using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover).
- Walk-up groups without a reservation are not guaranteed entry and may be charged a higher rate.
🔄 Changes & Cancellations
- Additional tickets cannot be added to an existing reservation after purchase. We recommend booking for the maximum number of attendees expected.
- If your group size decreases, you may request a partial refund by contacting the Group Sales Department at least 48 hours in advance.
- Paid reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your visit.
