We’re excited to welcome your school group! Here’s everything you need to know to plan your visit:
📅 Booking Your Visit
- All school visits must be booked online here through our Secure Online Booking Portal.
- Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance.
- A minimum of 10 people is required to qualify for group pricing.
- Group tickets are timed and dated—please arrive on time!
💳 Payment Details
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- Additional tickets purchased on the day of your visit may be subject to higher walk-up rates.
🧾 Florida Tax-Exempt Schools
- If your school is tax-exempt, please email your certificate to orlandosales@merlinentertainments.biz.
- Once verified, we’ll send you a special link to complete your booking.
📌 Important Policies
- Proof of school affiliation is required at check-in.
- Tickets are only valid for the date and time selected.
- Groups without a reservation are not guaranteed entry and will be charged walk-up rates.
- You cannot add tickets to an existing reservation after purchase—please book for the maximum number expected.
- Need to cancel or reduce your group size? Contact us at least 48 hours in advance for a partial refund or to reschedule.
